We're thinking of adding a few more classes, what would you like to see at The Studio and when? Any interest in early mornings?- how early?

Mud run prep sounds like it could be fun and a great way to get an awesome workout in even if you're not interested in mud runs.

Have you considered having a half hour or 45minute cardio class for beginners? I would love to take a class but, don't think I could finish a 60 minute class.

Several of the classes offered include at least some cardio in them and the instructors stress to just keep "moving" (no matter how little) and to get back into it as soon as you "recover". If you need a modification, they could help you with that. Just remember EVERYONE in the class was a BEGINNER at one point. If you can only last a half an hour the first couple of classes, leave when you have to ( NO ONE IS THERE TO JUDGE YOU ), then make it YOUR GOAL to work through 45 minutes, but if you stick with it and DON'T GIVE UP, you'll be getting through the whole hour in no time. Also keep in mind, part of the hour includes a warm up/stretching and a cool down/stretching.
